Be sure to consult the Fellowship Website for complete eligibility and competition requirements.
About this Fellowship
This program offers several scholarships to Latinx students to help fund an unpaid or underfunded public service oriented internship in the United States (or virtually given the pandemic).
Deadlines are typically in May, but be sure to check the competition website for the current cycle’s deadline.
The Latinx44 program was created by former Obama Administration White House staffers and is funded by dozens of Latinx former Administration officials and other generous supporters. Eligible internships will focus on policy, community engagement, community service, advocacy, or global relations. Applicants must be a current college or graduate student, identify as Latinx/a/o, and have secured their own public service internship at the time of application.
Award Value
Each recipient will receive an award of $1,500 and be paired with a mentor and professional development opportunities throughout the program and beyond.
