About this Fellowship
This scholarship is for students under age 25 who are members of the NAACP, in honor of Agnes Jones Jackson.
Deadlines are typically in May, but be sure to check the competition website for the current cycle’s deadline.
Each year the NAACP offers need-based and merit scholarships to outstanding and qualified Black students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees as part of their Inspire Initiatives program. This scholarship honors the late Agnes Jones Jackson who was a long-time NAACP member from the San Francisco branch. This is a non-renewable scholarship opportunity.
Award Value
Awardees receive a scholarship of $2,000.
