Background

Angela Durham is a retired educator with 22 years of experience and was the school librarian at Oak Pointe Elementary School for the past 13 years.  She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, a National Board Certified Teacher, and has a Master's Plus 30 Certification in the area of curriculum.  

As an award-winning school librarian, she enjoys sharing stories, learning experiences, robotics, and technology-based activities that meet the needs of her entire school community.  

She is currently a member of the Coretta Scott King Roundtable and SC Librarians Association.
